About Us

Love Life Family Christian Center started Bible Study classes January 25, 2002 at the Roseville Recreation Center. We obtained our 501(c) 3 status that same year. On May 25, 2002 we held our first Morning Worship Service at the Holiday Inn Express. The following year, in April 2003 we established the youth evangelism effort which included spending time with the residents of Henry Ford Seniors Center. Their days were spent making crafts, reading and talking to up to 30 seniors at a time. In May of 2005 our building was officially dedicated for the work of the Lord by our own Bishop Keith A. Butler of Word of Faith International Church. The Lord’s hand of Grace, Mercy and Favor has always been upon this ministry with many signs, wonders and miracles. That summer God gave Pastor Kevin a word to take the Church to the street and we held our first outdoor Sunday morning worship service entitled “Praise in the Park”. Prevailing Word Christian Center under the leadership of Pastor Tommy Robinson joined us in this effort. The service was held at Huron Park in Roseville. “Praise in the Park” is now an Annual event that reaches over 2000 people in the Macomb County area. The service is still held on a Sunday morning in June and in 2009 there were a total of 12 churches that partnered to join in this effort. In July of 2004 we moved into our current location in Eastpointe. After much work, prayer and dedication from our members, we had our first Worship service in October of the same year. In 2017, we began our WeAreBuilding/Increase Our Territory Campaign in efforts to build a new sanctuary on the grounds of our current location. Our desired ground breaking will be in 2019.

Love Life Family Christian center has continued to be Christ centered and vision minded since its inception. Each church has its unique assignment and purpose.

What We Believe and Preach

  • The Holy Bible is the infallible Word of God. (II Tim 3:15-17; I Pet 1:23-25; Heb 4:12)
  • The Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. (Matt 28:19; John 1:1, 14; Phil 2:6; I John 5:7)
  • All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of salvation. (John 3:1-4; Rom 2:23)
  • Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ, not by works or human effort. (Acts 4:12; Eph 2:8)
  • The infilling of Holy Spirit is an experience subsequent to salvation, and that it is the will of God that all believers be filled with the Spirit. (Acts 2:38, 10:44-46, 11:14-26, 15:7-9)
  • God has established marriage as a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside the marriage relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is immoral and therefore sin. (Gen 2:24-25; Ex 20:14, 17,22:19; Lev 18:22-23, 20:13, 15-16; Matt 19:4-6, 9; Rom 1:18-31; I Cor 6:9-10, 15-20; I Tim 1:8-11; Jude 7)
  • God created the human race male and female and hat all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and therefore sin. (Gen 1:27; Deut 22:5)
  • Healing is provided in the redemptive works of Christ on the cross and is available to every believer. (Isa 53:4-5; I Pet 2:24)
  • The Church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. (Eph 1:22, 2:19-22; Heb 12:23)
  • The bodily resurrection of the just unto life and the unjust unto eternal damnation. (John 5:28; Acts 24:15)
  • Water baptism by immersion and observance of the Lord’s Supper. (Matt 28:19; Mark 1:9, 16:16; Luke 3:21; Acts 2:38; I Cor 11:24-25, 28)
  • The imminent, personal and visible return of Jesus Christ. (Rom 11:25, 27; II Thess 1:7; Rev 19:11-16, 20:1)
